제이쿼리 특정영역 마우스 휠 막기

three.js 사용하는데 마우스 휠 기능이 있어서 fullpage.js의 스크롤이랑 겹치길래

3D영역제외 했을 때만 풀페이지 스크롤이 가능했으면 좋겠었음
